I think he is into you. He wouldn't want to spend time with you unless he was interested. With some people they just don't know when to make the move. I think that you should make a move. On your next date when you guys hugs, go ahead and lean in for the kiss. If you are feeling him and he is definitely feeling you then, it is bound to happen anyway. I think he just may be a little shy or doesn't want to rush you. Seems like you may have a true gentleman. :)

It could be various reasons. Maybe he is an old fashioned gentleman, it may also be that he is shy and doesn't know if you are interested in him. It could also be that he wants to kiss you, he just doesn't know how to approach the situation.
